Choice of meat or vegetarian alternative Turkey (Succulent and flavoursome free range bronze birds*, latticed in smoked streaky bacon and stuffed with herbed butter for the ultimate Christmas treat) *size/cut dependant on number of guests

Gammon (Honey and clove glazed gamon joint ready for roasting)

Chicken (Corn fed chicken, seasoned with our signature rub and stuffed with garlic, onion and lemon wedge)

Beef (Farmers choice from his pasture fed, British beef topside, rump or silverside joint, seasoned with our signature rub)

Nut roast (Nut roast includes a selection of hazelnuts, almonds and cashew nuts with a vegetable mix and coconut milk)
