Our barn HQ sits on a working pasture-fed farm in Buckinghamshire — and this isn't just a nice backdrop for a logo. It's where we work alongside the farm to source our beef and lamb, where every box is packed by hand, and where the whole AIAB story started.

We work closely with the farm and a trusted network of local producers to source the very best — always trying to keep supply chains as short as possible. Where we can, we source locally. Where we can't, we know exactly where it's come from and why.

The cattle and sheep at the farm graze on pasture throughout the year, supplemented only with hay from the farm's own fields in winter. No feedlots. No shortcuts.

Native breed beef & lamb.
From the farm next door.

We work with Native Beef and Lamb — the pasture-fed farm on which our barn HQ sits in Buckinghamshire. Their native breed cattle and lamb are raised on pasture, slow-grown and well looked after, producing a depth of flavour you simply can't get from intensively reared animals.

Pasture-fed meat has a distinctly richer, deeper flavour — with better fat marbling and a texture that holds up beautifully whether you're roasting a joint or cooking over live fire. Every cut arrives at our barn, where it's butchered, seasoned with our signature rub, and packed by hand.

The supply chain doesn't get much shorter. Field to barn to box — all in Buckinghamshire.

Bronze Turkeys

Near Tring, Hertfordshire

Slow-grown, free-roaming bronze birds reared using traditional farming methods. Allowed to roam freely around orchards and fields, growing slowly to full maturity before being traditionally hung for flavour and texture. Three gold stars at the Great Taste Awards. Our Christmas In A Box features these birds every year.

Our pork comes from free-range farms in the county — outdoor-reared animals with access to pasture year-round. We source loin joints for Roast In A Box and our farm sausages, which have become a fixture at every BBQ and summer event we cater.
