In the spring of 2020, the world stopped. Restaurants closed, events were cancelled, and families found themselves stuck at home with nowhere to go and nothing to celebrate. It was exactly the kind of moment that either beats you or gives you an idea.
For AJ, it gave him an idea. All In A Box was born at a kitchen table in Buckinghamshire — a simple belief that even in lockdown, you could still create an unforgettable get-together. Proper food. A banging playlist. The right vibe. Just delivered to your door.

What started as BBQ In A Box for friends quickly became something bigger. Word spread. Orders grew. The team expanded. And what had started at a kitchen table found a proper home — a barn HQ on a pasture-fed farm in Buckinghamshire, where every box is still packed by hand by a team that genuinely cares.
Five years on, we're still family-run. Still pasture-fed. Still obsessed with bold flavour and unforgettable experiences — whether that's a Sunday roast for eight, a corporate event for 500, or a nationwide brand gifting campaign. The kitchen table spirit never left.

Born at his kitchen table, raised at a barn in Bucks. AJ founded All In A Box during lockdown with a simple belief — that even at home, you can create an unforgettable get-together. His Caribbean and British influences shape every menu we create. The flavour starts and ends with him. And the vibes too.
Gem
Gem is the engine behind the brand — running marketing, partnerships and making sure the team is the best version of itself. If you've enquired about corporate catering or a gifting campaign, you've probably already met her. She also makes a legendary Eton Mess.
Chris
Chris is the person responsible for what's actually in your box tasting extraordinary. Every recipe, every seasoning, every menu decision goes through Chris. Quietly brilliant and deeply passionate about doing things properly.
Danny
Danny runs the production side of the business — making sure every box that leaves the barn is exactly as it should be. When the orders are flying and the pressure is on, Danny keeps everything moving smoothly.
Chay
Chay keeps the barn running — the heartbeat of our operation. Every box that's packed, every order that goes out on time, Chay is at the centre of it. The kind of person the whole team relies on without always saying it out loud.
Pearl
Pearl leads our catering operation — the person who makes sure every event we cater runs beautifully and that every guest leaves happy. Calm under pressure, brilliant with people, and exceptional at what she does.
