Cooking it at home
Start with the thighs — they take the longest. Burgers and sausages mid-grill. Wings and skewers as you go. My nan’s roti warms last. Order of attack matters here; the cook card walks you through it.

Sourcing
Carefully sourced beef and chicken — from our farm, community of farmers and trusted suppliers. Hand-blended seasoning, made in our farm kitchen. My mum Pearl’s jerk recipe runs through the chicken. The whole range, no shortcuts.
