Mushroom shawarma with real depth, aubergine that’s been treated with the respect it deserves, asparagus charred to the right side of crisp. Fully plant-based, built for a garden lunch where half the table is plant-based and the other half ends up nicking the shawarma anyway.

Cooking it at home
Twenty minutes on a hot grill is all you need. Mushrooms go on first to soak up the heat, aubergine and cauliflower next, asparagus last (it doesn’t need long). Flatbreads warm through on the side. Everything else plates as-is.

Carefully sourced from our farm, community of farmers and trusted suppliers. We treat vegetables the same way we treat meat — proper sourcing, proper seasoning, proper care. Nothing’s an afterthought.
