Title to goods
We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

Risk of loss
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Delivery
We deliver using the delivery option and date you select at checkout. See our FAQs (allinabox.co.uk/pages/faqs) for delivery days and cut-off times. Any delivery times quoted are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept liability for delays caused by third parties.
