Welcome to allinabox.co.uk. All In A Box Ltd ("All In A Box", "we", "us" or "our") provides the services on this site subject to the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions").

By accessing or using the site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. INTRODUCTION

1.1 Privacy policy

1.2 About All In A Box
All In A Box Ltd is the supplier of the goods. We are registered in England & Wales, company no. 12552480, registered office Bailey Hill Farm, Buckinghamshire HP8 4RT.

1.3 Eligibility
To buy goods on this site you must be aged 18 or older and hold a valid debit or credit card.

1.4 Language
This contract shall be concluded in English.

2. PRODUCTS

2.1 Prices
All prices for products on the site include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate and exclude delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges shown at checkout.

2.2 Product descriptions
We take all reasonable care to make sure all details, descriptions, images and prices on the site are correct at the time they were entered. However, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted.

2.3 Product supply
We will try our best to supply exactly what you have ordered, including the correct type and weight of ingredient, but we reserve the right to substitute ingredients we cannot reasonably obtain with similar ingredients. If you are not happy with any substitution, please contact us in accordance with condition 4.4 below. We will not charge you for incorrect products (products you have not ordered, and substitutes that are not acceptable to you). We like to tell you which suppliers we use, but we reserve the right to change suppliers at any time without notice, particularly if there are supply or delivery issues.

3. ORDERING

3.1 Purchase-related policies
Products and services on the site are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any products or services you buy or receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe may breach these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 Placing an order
You will be guided through placing an order by simple instructions on the site, and you can review and correct your order before placing it.

3.3 Order acceptance
If you need a VAT invoice or any information about your order, please contact us at hello@allinabox.co.uk. We may not accept your order if an item is out of stock, we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or we identify a product or pricing error. If we cannot fulfil your order after acknowledging it, we will contact you by email or phone.

3.4 Payment
You may pay using any of the methods shown at checkout. You confirm that the card you use is yours. All card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

3.5 Cancellations
Once an order is placed we cannot accept cancellations, and refunds cannot be given. For any queries, please email hello@allinabox.co.uk.

4. DELIVERY & OWNERSHIP

4.1 Title to goods
We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and received by us. Legal ownership will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.

4.2 Risk of loss
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4.3 Delivery
We deliver using the delivery option and date you select at checkout. See our FAQs (allinabox.co.uk/pages/faqs) for delivery days and cut-off times. Any delivery times quoted are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts. We do not accept liability for delays caused by third parties.

4.4 Acceptance of goods
If you have not received your entire order as shown in your order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@allinabox.co.uk.

5. WEBSITE USE

5.1 Intellectual property
All content on the site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of All In A Box Ltd, our affiliates, partners or licensors, and is protected by UK copyright and trademark laws. Except as set out in the limited licence in section 5.2, or as required by law, no part of the site may be used, reproduced, copied, sold or otherwise exploited for any purpose without our prior written consent.

5.2 Limited licence
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and make personal use of the site. This does not include the right to frame the site, modify or download its contents (except caching or as needed to view it), use it other than for personal use, create derivative works from it, collect account information for another party, use our name or trademarks in meta tags or hidden text, or use robots, spiders, crawlers or similar tools. You may link to our home page for personal, non-commercial use, provided the link does not misrepresent your relationship with us or portray us in a false or misleading way. Any unauthorised use ends this licence.

5.3 Your obligations
When using the site, you must comply with these Terms and Conditions and act lawfully and in good faith. You may not alter the site or impair its operation. If you breach these Terms and Conditions negligently or wilfully, you will be liable for any losses this causes us.

6. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

6.1 Your account
You confirm that the information you give us when registering is true, accurate and current, and that you will keep it up to date by emailing hello@allinabox.co.uk. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you think someone else knows your password, contact us immediately. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@allinabox.co.uk. We may refuse service or close accounts if these Terms and Conditions are breached.

7. GENERAL

7.1 Third-party links
We are not responsible for the content of any other websites linked to or from the site. Links are for convenience only and are not an endorsement.

7.2 Submissions
Any enquiries, feedback, suggestions or ideas you send us ("Submissions") will be treated as non-confidential, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them for any purpose. You confirm that you own or control the rights to your Submissions.

7.3 Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any interruption of business, access delays, data loss, losses arising from third-party links, computer viruses, inaccuracies in the content, or events beyond our reasonable control, nor for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages (including lost profits) related to the site. Our maximum total liability shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling or the value of the goods ordered, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your statutory rights.

7.4 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third-party claim arising from your use of the site.

7.5 Complaints and governing law

These Terms and Conditions, together with our privacy policy, are the complete agreement between us about your use of and purchases on the site. We may change them at any time by posting changes on the site. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
