Refund policy

If you're unhappy with any part of your box, please contact us at hello@allinabox.co.uk within five (5) days of the date you received it. If your concern relates to ingredients or the condition of a box, we may, at our sole discretion, give you credit for the individual item or box, or issue a partial or full refund. We may ask for a photograph of the item, or for it to be returned, before any credit or refund is issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.
