Whole lamb rump joint from one of our pasture-fed Buckinghamshire lambs. This is one of our farmers favourites and is packed full of flavour. Season’d with our signature spice rub, for basting we pop in mint, sage, bay, rosemary and thyme, as well as a little lemon zest.
